Farewell
©Sarah D.A. Lynch
I wish to take a boat to far away from me.
To see the shores of me vanishing away
Until I forget even my departing harbor
And all the reasons for all the tears
And all the absences and goodbyes.
I wish it´d be that my last farewell
With no hope of returning. For in truth
What hurts isn´t the goodbyes. What hurts
Is hope, refusing to also depart.

Despedida
©Sarah D.A. Lynch
