RESUMO Esta pesquisa observou os diferentes aspectos da importância da biblioteca na vida estudantil de um discente, como ela poder auxiliar e promover o cultivo e admiração da leitura por estes discentes. Objetivos consistiram em refletir sobre o ambiente e organização da biblioteca escolar, e a importância da leitura na biblioteca, relatando as diferenças e semelhanças do professor e bibliotecário.
