Golden Twilight

“Golden twilight … one by one the soul revives hopes as the stars appear to the eyes while the sun goes down.”

Twilight.

The day gives way to night.

Vesper-Venus-Diamond …

The light will shine

In distant lands.

Darkness.

Opposite points.

Sharp contrasts

tinted by the Cycle of Time

interact as the day ends.

Chiaroscuro …(*)

Paintings by Caravaggio

burst into luminosity

and shadows…

Dependent, intertwined

With peace

as the day ends.

NOTE:

This poem is about Nature and the way it effects me, specially when twilight cames and the stars appear to the eyes . An immense peace takes over my soul… An ethereal connection with the Almighty Creator occurs.
