ELEGIA A FELIPE- FELIPE´S ELEGY

Criança com pressa,

com aquela pressa que só as crianças têm.

Juntou sua bagagem e partiu para um mundo melhor.

Os olhos dos que ficaram

encheram-se de lágrimas.

Até o céu chorou aquele dia:

tristezas transbordaram,

a terra ficou calada!

Criança alegria

que aprendeu a lição, terminou sua missão

e por gostar de viver, ganhou a vida eterna.

Agora se tornou criança-alada.

Criança-saudade!

Child in a hurry.

With the hurry that only the children have.

He took his luggage

and went away to a better world.

The eyes os whom stayed here

filled up with tears.

Even the sky has cried that day:

sadness overflowed

the world became silent!

Gladness child

that learned the lesson,that finished his mission

and for love of living he erarned the eternal life.

Now he became a winged child,

he became a missed child.
