I Belive…(versão em horrível inglês de um poema meu sobre a Europa...)
In the united Europe
What too many have lost faith
In their people
In its mixture that in stead of wars
I believe that in stead of wars
We can fill this
With lots of tenderness
Love
Passion
Understanding
Instead
Of the usual
Bullets and blood
In Sunny Sundays
In spit of bloody Sundays
Without getting lost
Without losing our identity
We can and we should
Be the same
In the middle of the others
As I am the same man in the middle of my natural people
I can be the same man
In the middle of this land
A non natural land
Can be my land
If I wanted
Because I can call friend
The same way
To a German
A French
A Greek
A Irish
A Italian
A Spanish
A Portuguese
Because the equality between people
Is the perfect sum
That in the beginning of all
A God as maid...
Yes
In the beginning of all
Even before God was divide
Between Maome, Buda
Atheism
Agnosticism
And the others
We were the same
We were the same entity
The same identity
With minimal diferences
Minor differences of personality
Because to much times
We have a cancer that destroy
Ours people dream
That blind and us
And take us to the abysm :
The cancer of to much nationality
But I believed whit all my faith
In this Union
In this equality
In this brotherhood
That to many and poor souls call
Utopia
Not because has read it
In a book of fairy tales
The kind of tales that we used to read in the childhood
Before the time to sleep
I believed because I saw it
I see this
E feel it
And because I feel it
I know that this is not a dream
Is and may be
The must beautiful of ours realities…
Yes, I have the courage
And the faith to Belive…
