It's a fact my life time has passed so fast (that)
those old memories seem incredibly recent,
the blissful old dreams became like an ailment
as my thoughts go soaring above the past !...
No doubt my brighter springs are gone (but)
several autumns (I expect), remain ahead,
my sweet love keeps stuck on me, I'm not alone
and there are so many things to be done
until I eventually fall dead...
So, I keep achieving as much as I can
fighting my wars like a young man
following my soul's immortality.
Meanwhile, I love her as never before
holding her heart I so much adore...
...till Eternity!
