I’m Not for Sale

I will not stand where shadows creep,

Where secrets lie and darkness seeps.

No tolerance for what is sly,

For hidden truths and subtle lies.

In the light, I seek to walk,

Where honesty and truth can talk.

I’ll not condone the fishy guise,

The masked deceit, the shrouded lies.

My soul demands a clearer path,

Away from hidden, whispered wrath.

I trust in actions, words aligned,

A harmony of heart and mind.

When things feel off, a hidden game,

I step away, I name the shame.

No tolerance for veiled deceit,

For games that end in false defeat.

I hold to truth, to clarity,

Rejecting what’s not meant to be.

For in the open, trust can bloom,

Where shadows fail to cast their gloom.

So let them know, those who deceive,

I will not stay, I will not grieve.

For in the light, I stand my ground,

Where honesty and truth are found
