Nowhere men
You walk down the dark avenue
Thinking of all the things you thought you knew
You hear someone that sounds just like Robert Plant
But he was just a poor immigrant
He asks for you some money for his family
For that desperate man you show apathy
And you go your way with no destination
Catching coins in your pocket to get into the station
You buy the ticket and get on the train
You sit alone and look at the window
And then you remember all the things you took in vain
I know you just want to put your head under the pillow
finally you arrive at a station with a cool name
And something reminds your heart broken by that flame
You broke it and you still lie to yourself
crying cause now you are someone else
You go up the stairs and you're in a big town
Look for a building high enough in this sky painted in gray
Then you get a colorful flower of a smiling clown
You thank and pretend that this has improved your day
You find what you were looking for in the city
You take the elevator and go to the top floor
then throw the flower and feel guilty
You sit on the edge and remember that you've been here before
anyway you are where you wanted to be
That immigrant comes to your mind
It is funny how you two could be happy if life did not blind
at that time you look at the sun and there is nothing else to see
