I still remember, back at that time

How you made me feel alive

Put me into all I wanted

Gave me all my reason to fight

You brought me hope that the wait was over

Held me like you would be there forever

And I trusted, ignoring any reason to move on

We had a future together

But it seems that I was the only one to see through

If you could only face it as serious as it was supposed

To be

Our lives could’ve been so much better

But now there are no words to describe

So I ask myself why I still try

You woke me despair

At the same time that you loved me

And I did my best to adapt

My heart always knew that I wanted you

‘Cause deep inside

I knew you would be my prime

Since the first days we talked

And I made up my mind

Prepared my soul to accommodate yours

‘Till you just started giving up

One step at a time

And I realized

I was thrown into the void

And as I try to reverse that

No friends seemed to worry about my side

So I stood for my ideas while no one was hearing
