Barriers of the heart

There is a great love inside me,

a love that exalts me,

many times make me blush…

When I see him, my eyes shine,

I feel my hands sweat…

A brief moment of happiness and passion...

Talking to him is a strong emotion,

that comes from the bottom of my heart.

But I don't understand myself, I close myself off,

I create barriers, I put up my shield,

I don't talk about this emotion.

An invisible wall makes me unreachable,

I try to be the master of the situation.

And then him arrives, with flowers and poems,

breaks down all protection…

Breaks down my wall,

removes my shield, he knows my emotion.

He lovingly removes the bricks,

and little by little the wall undoes discovers my passion.

With the bricks, he makes a new building,

I'm lost, admiring the perfection…
