I had a terrible time when I was eleven years old...

First of all, I got tonsilitis, which was followed by pneumonia.

Then, I got appendicitis and that was followed by poliomyelitis...

which was followed by catarrh and finally, ended up with

bronchitis...then they gave me analgesics, corticosteroids and inoculations...

Gee, I simply can't imagine a worse spelling test...
