Vivendo o instante anímico

Hoje, conversando com uma conhecida, ela me contou que me conhece de um local espiritual que frequento e trabalho há quase 30 anos. Durante nossa conversa, eu disse a ela que não adianta frequentar lugares espirituais, igrejas, templos, candomblé, ou qualquer outro, se não buscamos fazer a nossa mudança interna.

Sempre que participo desses trabalhos, meu contato espiritual é intenso, e me dedico completamente a eles. Amo profundamente as almas, estejam elas em corpo ou não, e procuro sentir o que elas sentem. Assim, tento transmitir algo bom, algo que possa fazer diferença em seus sentimentos e abrir espaço para pensamentos positivos.

A Luz de Deus está em todos os lugares. Basta que paremos por um momento, abramos nossos sentidos, silenciemos nossos pensamentos e comecemos a perceber o universo espiritual com coragem e gratidão. O que enxergamos com os sentidos espirituais é nossa realidade mais profunda, e precisamos acreditar nisso.

Somos seres eternos e atravessamos o universo, mesmo quando encarnados. Em momentos de lapsos internos, quando parece que nos perdemos de nós mesmos, isso, na verdade, reflete um contato com o universo anímico. Contudo, como ainda não temos um conhecimento pleno, esses instantes podem nos assustar.

Today, when I was talking to an acquaintance, she told me that she knows me from a spiritual place that I have been attending and working with for almost 30 years. During our conversation, I told her that there is no point in attending spiritual places, churches, temples, Candomblé, or any other, if we do not seek to make our own internal change.

Whenever I participate in these works, my spiritual contact is intense, and I dedicate myself completely to them. I deeply love souls, whether they are in body or not, and I try to feel what they feel. Thus, I try to transmit something good, something that can make a difference in their feelings and open space for positive thoughts.

The Light of God is everywhere. We just need to stop for a moment, open our senses, silence our thoughts and begin to perceive the spiritual universe with courage and gratitude. What we see with our spiritual senses is our deepest reality, and we need to believe in it.

We are eternal beings and we traverse the universe, even when incarnated. In moments of internal lapses, when it seems that we have lost ourselves, this actually reflects a contact with the psychic universe. However, as we do not yet have full knowledge, these moments can frighten us.
