Quando medito

🔥Quando medito, sinto a minha essência, aquilo que sou tocar tudo ao meu redor e, a única luz que eu vejo é aquela que emana no meu coração. Observo a vida que regurgita dentro e fora de mim e sei o que eu sou, por que o que eu sou é o meu cerne que existe além e com tudo.

🦇Nesse momento somente o silêncio se manifesta em mim e eu sou. Nada que seja diferente daquilo que brilha dentro de mim se manifesta nesse momento. Sou paz por onde ando, sou luz por onde vou e, aquilo que desejo é o melhor para toda a humanidade. Sou o que sou, nada mais.

🦋Tudo cessa nesse momento. As palavras perdem o sentido e dão lugar apenas ao sentimento que reverbera intensamente através da intenção que explode da minha mente e do meu coração. Assim eu faço a minha parte, como o pequeno beija flor que leva água para apagar o incêndio.

🪶Tudo o que acontece nesse momento é apenas um pedaço daquilo que aspiro. Peço a Deus, que nos auxilie, mesmo sabendo que Ele está o tempo todo ao nosso redor, mas sei que quando peço, estou incentivando a mim mesmo e a todos que existem no universo a sermos melhores, amém.

🔥When I meditate, I feel my essence, what I am, touching everything around me, and the only light I see is the one that emanates from my heart. I observe the life that regurgitates inside and outside of me and I know what I am, because what I am is my core that exists beyond and with everything.

🦇At that moment, only silence manifests itself in me and I am. Nothing that is different from what shines within me manifests itself at that moment. I am peace wherever I go, I am light wherever I go, and what I desire is the best for all humanity. I am what I am, nothing more.

🦋Everything ceases at that moment. Words lose their meaning and give way only to the feeling that reverberates intensely through the intention that explodes from my mind and heart. Thus, I do my part, like the little hummingbird that carries water to put out the fire.

🪶Everything that happens at that moment is just a piece of what I aspire to. I ask God to help us, even though I know that He is around us all the time, but I know that when I ask, I am encouraging myself and everyone in the universe to be better, amen.
