I don't need to force connections to feel like someone admires or respects me,

That need for validation that I carried for so long no longer exists,

their manipulation tactics used to cover up their traumas,

your inability to heal,

has no power over me,

From today,

I only accept emotionally healthy people into my life,

Your competition is not with someone else,

It is with my peace,
