I am probably not the only one crying right now. And this is probably not the last time I'm gonna cry. But there will always be days to laugh and embrace our complexities. My tears are not more or less important than yours. For example, a kid might cry because of losing an important toy, just as an adult can cry after a breakup. It's so intense. We can't handle such strong feelings without expressing them. Just let them overflow. We deserve to feel everything. And we are definitely not exaggerating. Just let it be. Give freedom to your feelings and don't keep them to yourself. And remember that only WE can feel this way. Let's them judge. But don't make sadness as a torture. We are humans and all those sensations can come up. Life is a rollercoaster with different times and sensations to offer. Some people can play for long years, while others don't even have the chance to get out of the queue and enjoy the experience. And when we are in, we cannot give up and go out after it started moving. We have to keep going. I know it is hard to believe this, but you have to. Why do you have to? Just because. Just because you deserve to be here and feel not only the bad things, but mainly the great feelings in your life. Hey, and don't forget to look up and see the sky full of stars. You can touch the sky. The unreal can be so real.
