Freedom for TIBET!

“Now I say that with cruelty and oppression it is everybody’s business to interfere when they see it”. William Blake

Friends of the world – Tibetans!

Today I read : “… the first-ever five-star hotel in Tibet opened Saturday in the capital Lhasa, in a bid to attract more tourists to the region” and: “ The first-ever five-star hotel in Tibet opened Saturday in the capital Lhasa, in a bid to attract more tourists to the region and t : “ there will be five five-star hotels in the region by 2015”. - (Beijing, May 28 (IANS) (*)

These 5 stars hotels being constructed in Tibet made me think…

Tibet was a pacific country and it provided the people all they needed.

After the chinese invasion, tibetans have been opressed by the chinese government since 1950. Their spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, the monks, had to leave Lhasa and from Tibet. They live in India , north of New Delhi , in a small village in the mountains , called Upper Dharamsala,

The mistreating caused to the tibetans during all these years more than 60 years (!) are known worldwide.

Almost every single day people – of all ages- are immolating themselves to show the world their humiliation: they are struggling to free TIBET from China … “Recalling that there was an immolation in Tibet in 2009, twelve in 2011 and already wenty nine in 2012, and it is men and women of all ages, both monks and nuns and lay;(**)

Nothing has been done on their behalf … The international organizations seem NOT to be interested about the future of their suffering: they desperately need help from the world. (***)

Why, then , these organizations don’t effectively act in behalf of this so human cause?

With this ‘sad picture’ , the travelling - should be out of everyone’s mind. To do so would be the same as to give strength to oppressor CHINA .

FREEDOM FOR TIBET! This is what we all should be shouting out – in behalf of the human rights :

“FREEDOM FOR TIBET! ”

You are NOT alone, dear friends. My voice – and many others will join mine and shout out with us : “FREEDOM FOR TIBET!
