RECIPE FOR SHRIMP STEW
Ingredients:
01 kg of fresh shrimp oversize (is important that the shrimp is clean, without head and tail)
100 ml of Palm oil
500 ml of coconut milk
A bunch of chopped cilantro
A bunch of green onions chopped
To season the shrimp is used salt to taste, black pepper, cumin, garlic and lemon like.
Preparation:
Books spiced shrimp in a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes
