Concepts of culture, literature and language and their relevance to educators

An educator has great importance in constituting culturally solid basis for the maintenance of the values and traditions of a society. The role of an educator is seen as a professional whose main task is to pass on to young people, to the students, the fundamentals of general knowledge as well as the elementary schooling. However, it is necessary to understand some concepts in which this professional bases his beliefs in order to being able to accomplish his aims as being an educator.
