FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDIES: United States Needs a Bilingual Education Reform

The United States of America, despite all the benefits that come with bilingualism, has not invested enough in foreign language education. The country is now observing in its international departments the consequences of that oversight, which could have been avoided by implementing a bilingual education reform many generations ago.
